Usually on weekend mornings the whole family snuggle up in our big bed. Freja calls for me when she wakes up and I go to her room to get her. Then we spend about 30 minutes in our bed.

We have been encouraging her to go to our bed by her self and this Sunday she did for the first time. I heard her call once then she got quiet, suddenly the door opened and a very proud Freja stepped in. : )

Made some Halloween decorations with mandarins, Freja made the hairy monster on the right. : )

I finished my dinner about half an hour ago…very late. This was the second time this week that I missed dinner. There are just a lot of things going on right now.

I’m sorry that I don’t have time to write more, but hang in there it will get better. I just have to get the apartment in order. Then I will have more time and also more pictures to show you. : )

Next week is a holiday and I look forward to taking it easy at work. Instead of 40 children we will have 10 to take care of and we will do a lot of fun stuff together. I also plan to have more time for my family and to get the apartment in better shape.

Now it’s time to get ready for tomorrow and then sleep. Zzzzzzz!

For the last two days I’ve been home with Freja. She has a terrible cough. It’s actually the first time she is sick since we came back to Sweden. I thought she would get sick a lot when she started kindergarten but she has been alright.

Now all of us are sick. Fredrik is getting better now and I’m not sick enough to stay home from work but I very happy to stay home with Freja and get some extra rest. : )

This is what Fredrik and Freja created on their first day together, golden chestnuts and acorns. I love them. : )

This morning I don’t have to wake up Freja and get her ready for kindergarten, she is staying home with Fredrik. From today he is taking parental days every Monday and Friday.

I wonder what kind of fun stuff they will do together?

I learned that if you give a 2 year old dark blue overalls and send her to kindergarten you will get gray overalls, covered with sand and dirt…next time I will buy gray overalls from the beginning. ; )
